Calendar is now on Google (below) and the SportsYou app only. There will not be printed calendars.

All students and parents must sign up for the marching band group on SportsYou. This is where you will access announcement and calendar. If you have not signed up and need the invite, please email Mr. Hock.

Uniform fittings

• Winds - Tue/Wed/Fri at 3:00pm
• All percussion will be fitting during evening practices

Friday, July 31 - Phantom Regiment at Juniata College (optional FREE)

• We do not have details at this time and is dependent on Phantom's schedule and weather. Please be patient and we will let you know more details soon

Saturday, Aug 1 - DCI trip to Allentown (optional, $$ required)

• $$TBD payable to Tyrone Band Boosters due FRIDAY
• Since tickets are non-refundable, we are waiting to purchase tickets. If weather is bad we'll cancel without losing any money. More information to come soon
• You will need to bring extra money for dinner (fast food). Optional money for DCI apparel/souvenirs
• 12:45pm report to band room & load bus
• 1:00pm depart
• ~4:00pm eat dinner at fast food in Allentown (Wawa/Wendy's)
• ~5:00pm arrive at stadium
• ~11:00pm depart for home
• ~2:00am or after return home

Thursday, Aug 6 - DelGrosso's BBQ & Performance

• 3:00p - all students will load band trailer with instruments and uniforms
• 5:15p - report to DelGrosso's park main pavilion area. You must arrange your own ride
• 5:30p - dinner begins, band students eat first
• 6:00p - change into uniforms & warm-up
• 7:00p - performance on stage
• after - quick group photo, change, load trailer. Make sure you have a ride home

Friday, Aug 7 - BAND GROUP PHOTOS by Manning

• 7:45a - report to change into uniform
• 8:15am - report on stage for group photo, followed by individuals
• When finished full band rehearsal in the lot until 12:15

Saturday, Aug 8

• 9am-2pm TAG DAY. Please use the sign-up genius link
• 6:30pm - 9:00pm Meadows (Duncansville) mini-golf and ice cream party. Please use the sign-up genius link. Everyone meet at the Meadows no later than 6:30pm. You can leave any time.
