2026-2027 High School Student On-Line Scheduling

2026-2027 Scheduling Process

High School Counselors will begin meeting with students on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, to begin their 2026-2027 online course request forms. This includes current students in grades 8 through 11. After the initial meeting with the counselors, students and parents will be able to work together through the Sapphire portal to complete and/or revise student course requests.  The online course request forms for the 26-27 year will remain open for changes through March 20, 2026. Scheduling Instructions, as well as the 26-27 Course Description Guide, are posted on the Counseling Office page under 26-27 High School Student Online Scheduling.

CAREFUL ATTENTION TO COURSE SELECTION IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL.  The online course request forms will be closed on March 20, 2026.  After March 20, 2026, any requests to make changes to your 2026-2027 course requests must be submitted on a course request change form to the high school counseling office on or before April 30, 2026.  No student/parent changes to course requests will be made after this date.

Mid-year course assignments made by teachers during the scheduling process are subject to change based on the student’s final course grade, class performance, and Keystone assessment results.  Parent/Guardian requests to change final course assignments will not be honored.

NO CHANGES to course request selections will be accepted after April 30, 2026.

Each student’s schedule will be considered complete as of the first day of school, and there will be NO schedule changes without just cause.   Listed below are the following circumstances under which schedule changes may be made after this date.

A student’s schedule may be adjusted:

·         To correct an incomplete or incorrect schedule: For example, a missing period, two math assignments, a missing core course, computer data entry error.

·         To meet the requirements of a special program such as Learning Support, English as a Second Language (ESL), Keystone Remediation, Workplace Experience, Dual Enrollment, Dual Enrollment Off-Campus classes, or GACTC.

If you have any questions or require assistance in the online scheduling process, please contact the High School Guidance office at (814) 684-4240 or by email.
