Freedom Flag

The Freedom Flag was developed to "Never Forget" the tragic events of September 11, 2001.  The committee is centered around the Freedom Flag Foundation, a Non-Profit organization, developed in Viriginia in 2002.  The committee seeks to teach the 10 elements of the Freedom Flag, continue the memory of the people lost that day, teach lessons to Elementary school children, and create and maintain a museum display within the walls of Tyrone Area Schools. The Freedom Flag will be flown from 9/11-9/30 and the 11^th of every month or the closest school day.
